Materials:Tando board, DecoArt Modelling Paste, Owls Mask, paint and acrylic beads.I made at the weekend with Andy Skinner. It is a simple idea but very effective. The DecoArt modelling paste is different to other pastes in that it is flexible so if you are wanting to cover something with a curve eg a book spine, the paste will flex and remain in place.
