#HOMESWEETHOME – Counter-Strike:Global Offensive Event During the COVID Crisis

Counter-Strike is one of the "big five" games in esports. That's why every tournament gets high coverage and viewership. That is precisely the goal of the organizers, to keep people at home and to give them the best Counter-Strike entertainment possible.

Petar Markovic, the CEO of Relog, wrote about how he was pleased to partner with GRID to create this event, and sent a message to all Counter-Strike fans to stay home, and take care of themselves and their loved ones.

A lot of the Counter-Strike viewer fanbase is teens and pre-teens, so this event comes at the perfect time to keep them at home.

The confirmed teams so far are North, GODSENT, Virtus.pro, forZe, and Big. The rest of the teams are to be announced soon.

When it comes to talent casting the tournament, there will be three pairs of casters in the group stages:

  • Kieran "Kieran" Cullinan & Teo "Oversiard" Siard
  • Mamoon "TeaTime" Sabri & Alex "Mauisnake" Ellenberg
  • Jamie "TheEternalJay" Martin & Joshua "Dweg" Nathan

In the playoffs, elite casters Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez and Vince "Vince" Hill will take over the show.

Exciting times are ahead for Counter-Strike fans. Events like this often drop expensive skins to random viewers who are watching the games. It's a chance to get that AK-47, or any other weapon skin you've always wanted to have.

Of course, fans can always visit https://csbet.gg/en/xray and open CS:GO cases to get the skins they want. With the unique X-Ray Scanner option, CSBet is one of the best websites for skin collectors.

Using the X-Ray Scanner, you can find out exactly which skin is in the case. And you can do that for only the fraction of the case price. If you're looking for the Asiimov AK-47, this is the best place to get it.

In conclusion, we appreciate the efforts of Relog Media in organizing such an event. If it keeps a couple of thousand kids off the streets, it's worth it. We can fight this Coronovirus pandemic by staying home! #HOMESWEETHOME
