NFTs and cryptocurrency @franklinisbored, who has the seventh most BAYCs, has tweeted his support for Ryder Ripps BAYCs, or RRBAYC. To be clear, Ryder Ripps wants to show that the NFTs from BAYC and Yuga Labs are racist. Ryder Ripps has also made copies of BAYC NFTs and is selling them as a whole.
Franklin’s Help
Franklin, an NFT whale and Twitter user with more than 100,000 followers tweeted his support for Ryder Ripps NFTs and holders by saying, “Show me your Ryder Ripps #RRBAYC apes in the replies.” I’ll try to keep up with as many of you as I can!”
In defense of what he had said about the Ryder Ripps BAYC collection, he said, “I’m serious.” If we want to be known around the world, we need to figure out how to think about this. I think our lives will be a lot easier when we stop worrying about who is paying who for fake BAYC profile pictures and just enjoy the fact that we are the endpoint and have high-demand artwork.”
Several well-known names in the NFT industry follow Franklin. Garga is one of them, and so is GMoney, who has worked with the Bored Ape Yacht Club. GaryVee and Paris Hilton are also fans of Franklin.
He has, of course, been criticized a lot because of this. @xBenJamminx asked, “Is this a low-key way to find out who to block?” “Did you get hacked?” @Helloimmorgan asked in a tweet. @boredape93 finally asked, “Seriously, what are you doing?”
The story of Ryder Ripps
Ryder Ripps hates the BAYC with all of his heart. He thinks that the Bored Ape Yacht Club is racist and has traits that remind him of the Nazis. In terms of the BAYC, nothing has been set up on this front.
Ryder Ripps made a copy of the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection on the Foundation platform. It was an exact copy. It is a collection of 1,100 pieces instead of the 10,000 pieces that were in the first collection. At the moment, the floor price is 0.15 ETH, and 88.62 ETH have been sold on the platform. You can get projects that are different from this one, but this is just a copy of Yuga Labs’ original collection. Here is where you can see the whole set.
When Ryder Ripps released his fake BAYC collection, it caused a lot of controversy on Twitter, and most people were against it. But some people, like Benjamin Franklin, have shown their support for any cause.
