His Secrets by Lisa Renee Jones is a February 2014 Pocket Star Books publication. I was provided a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This very short story ties in with the Inside Out series. The story is about Chris and Sara. Chris has proposed to Sara, but he knows that they will have a sham of a marriage if he doesn't show and tell her everything about him. It is important to Chris that Sara gets a first hand look at the dark side of this life. This involves taking Sara to a certain club. Once inside the club, Sara doesn't know what to make of it. She is at once appalled and fascinated. Can Sara deal with this part of Chris's past or will this be a deal breaker?
This story was so absorbing. I will openly admit, I don't usually read this type of novel. The story was so short I thought I would check it out just out of curiousity. Well, I found myself mesmerized. I have to go back and read the other stories in this series. Now I know why eveyone likes this author so much!
Overall I give this one an A.
