The PODCS Method, a system VAs use to investigate a client's market and structure their customer journey, was developed as a result of this. When Adam first started using Jarvis, an AI authoring assistant, he had to manually convert the study into Facebook advertising. His virtual assistants found out how he could tell Jarvis everything they learned about the client, and Jarvis answered with a slew of ad variations tailored to each stage of the buyer's journey.
