Muji Hinoki Wood Candle
Candles have got to be the biggest con... overpriced balls of wax that smell nice. But, there seems to have been somewhat of a candle craze recently - I've seen so many instagram/twitter/blog snaps of the candles we've been snapping up. Like everyone else, I've found it hard to resist. I started in December with a Christmas spiced jobby which was just so gorgeous, I'm still burning it now in an attempt to cling on to festive memories!
And yesterday I picked up this beauty from Muji. I am absolutely besotted with this scent! I can't even describe it to you, but it is so lovely and different from any other candle I've seen (or smelt!) recently. I really love Muji and am so glad we have one in Guildford - the storage, stationary and homeware bits and pieces are fab, and completely different from anything else on the highstreet. This candle was a bargain at £3.50. From my internet searching, it seems John Lewis also do a range of Hinoki Wood candles - but I can't vouch for these!
