Now in it’s fourth month, The Mason Bar continues to entertain its regulars and many new faces each week with the Southern-inspired cuisine of Chef Cable Smith. Smith, who worked under acclaimed Chef Richard Blais in Atlanta before coming to The Mason Bar also graduated from the heralded Texas Culinary Academy. Smith’s focus on local ingredients and classic cooking style brings a fresh look to the table.
