Highlighter Green

I love wearing neutral colors. I've used just about every trick in the book to avoid having a substantial amount of color in my wardrobe. This time I used the "pop of color" tactic to pull off the black on black look. During the summer this neon green bag is my go-to beach bag, however in the winter it doubles as my work bag with the appropriate outfit.
