Anything high waisted is definitely my friend these days. And by these days I mean 4 months postpartum my friends. I was lucky enough to be able to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight with little to no effort, but that weight is distributed a bit differently than it was before, with more of it in the hip and lower tummy area unfortunately. Until I manage to figure out how to add a few workouts back into my busy schedule, I’ll be counting on high waist styles to help me look trimmer.
