High Up are a band based in Omaha who are all set to release their debut album ‘You Are Here’ via Team Love on 23 February (order via Bandcamp now). Ahead of this, they’ve unveiled ‘Two Weeks’. Produced by none other than Mike Mogis of Bright Eyes fame, the song combines elements of soul and good-time rock and roll as Christine Fink takes inspiration from previous bad treatment: ‘So you teach me it’s your way or the highway’; ‘Well, it ain’t easy to walk away from money’. She finishes the song by telling you ‘You got two weeks’ and you’d be foolish to not heed her adive.
