Rick Owens X Birkenstock Babel Sandals
It's sandal season and that dark and avant purveyor of cool calls his cult followers to his second collection in his collaboration with footwear staple Birkenstock. Rick Owens has got a remixed sandal called the Babel on tap for Spring. The upper features black and off-white cow-hide leather straps with the lower strap featuring a branded velcro detail and the upper strap featuring a technical loop fastener with an adjustable velcro base. The suede footbed in the contrast natural color provides a nice neutral finish to these covetable slides and a nice breezier way to keep that inky Owens vibe in the warmer seasons.
