Bishop Hezekiah Walker won top gospel song for “Better”, and Tasha Cobbs Leonard performed her new single “Great God” the ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards presented by REVOLT on Thursday night. The 30th annual gala was again held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills and included several live performances and was attended by a who’s who of in the industry.
The awards show brought out a lot of A list talent including, Jonathan McReynolds, Lecrae and Anthony Brown.
Anthony Brown took home two awards, one for Worth and the other for Bless The Lord ft. Doretha ‘Dodi’ Sampson.
Tasha Cobbs Leonard performed her new single “Great God” at Thursday night’s event, where she also picked up an award for Put A Praise On It ft. Kierra Sheard.
