Actually, I have a friend who was a graffiti artist in Japan, then got arrested for illegally painting on stuff. It made him famous, and now his wall art is in high demand at trendy Tokyo shops.

I've got an idea. Let's introduce the same kind of program for paid advertising. After all, the only one who gets paid for that is the building owner. Everyone else has to put up with it, so why not let WE THE PEOPLE vote on that too. @greenvillain @bergenarches
