Hers + His / with Holdenonbaby

After announcing the big news of baby boy's gender, I received the sweetest email from Isobel of HoldenOnBaby.  Isobel, a designer and the mother of the blondest little boy you ever did see, assured me of how much fun it would be to dress a baby son.  She is the kind of lady who knows every single cute children's line out there, from big fashion houses to etsy shops, so I asked her to send me a few suggestions for baby boy clothes.  I know it may sound silly, or vain, but imagining dressing this little boy has really helped me to connect with him.  I find myself perusing pinterest for stylish boy looks, and getting so excited when I find things that I love.  Its been great to discover an aesthetic world out there for boys which goes beyond the classic images of trucks, and sports, and blue everything. I sent Isobel a couple of my favorite autumn looks, and she turned them into mini outfits for my tiny city gentleman, and I love them! Now if I could only afford it all..
