Her’s Unveil ‘Low Beam’ Stream, Announce Album Details and Tour

Liverpool-based duo Her’s have unveiled details of their debut album proper ‘Invitation to… Her’s’ and unveiled a stream of album track ‘Low Beam’. The record will be released via Heist or Hit Records on 24 August.

Capturing the smooth spirit of Har Mar Superstar and blending it with jangly ’80s pop hooks, the new song has the band singing ‘I’m just a lover boy’ and how ‘the night belongs to the cavalry’ as bursts of Prince-esque falsetto add a touch of funk-infused passion to the sound. With the repeated words ‘You can keep on running but you’ll run out of track’ adding a slight air of sadness, this new Her’s song is a pure pop delight.
