Help Me

Help me be more positive
In everything I do
All that I’ve accomplished
Is entirely due to You
The glory goes to You, oh Lord
Your grace in me abounds
Remind me not to get too big
Be humble in my sounds.

I’m on the edge of many things
And You know when to push
Be my guidance, hold me back
I must learn not to rush
So I follow in Your wake
The Spirit leads me on
Be gentle with this restless child
It’s like a marathon.
