We are going to provide you the best settings for an average PC, but if you need more FPS, reduce even more the lines or settings marked with “(you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)”

Hell Let Loose FPS Boost – Low FPS?

Yes, don’t worry, there are a lot of players having the same problem. If you don’t optimize your settings is really hard to reach 60 fps, even if you have a good hardware and all your other games are fine and without FPS issues. But after you adjust the settings you will get at least 80 fps, so lets start with the guide

Hell Let Loose FPS Boost – .ini file

There are two .ini files you should optimize:

GameUserSettings.ini

Go to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor, and open the GameUserSettings.ini file with a text editor and change (or add if you don’t have them) these lines:

Try with these settings, but reduce them to improve your fps even more:

  • Fullscreen Mode: Fullscreen
  • Resolution Scale: 100%
  • Vertical Sync: Off
  • Texture Quality: High (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
  • Shadow Quality: Medium (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
  • Anti-Aliasing Quality: Medium (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
  • FX Quality: Medium (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
  • View Distance: High (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
  • Foliage Quality: Medium (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
  • Postprocess Quality: Medium (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
  • SSAO: Off

Hell Let Loose FPS Boost – PC settings

  • Close unnecessary background processes (like anti-virus scans)
  • Disable game analytics
  • Reduce body-count to minimum

If with these .ini & graphic settings changes your fps are still below 60, try to reduce even more all the values marked with (you can also Reduce it to improve FPS)
