Healthy Weekly Meal Plan – Week 6

Whether it is summer or winter in your part of the world, I have you covered for a week of healthy eating. On the winter plan this week are comforting soups, a chicken take-out fake-out, and a great sheet pan dinner. On the summer plan is BBQ pork with summer vegetables, fish tagine and a lemony tuna pasta dish. Healthy Weekly Meal Plan – Week 6

We are having the weirdest summer. Not that I am complaining mind you, but February is usually the hottest month of the year. So far it has been cool and wet, which I am loving as I can turn on the new oven. The oven was well and truly christened this week with my Easy Weeknight Roast Chicken. I've also been roasting quite a lot of summer fruits for dessert. That is the joy of healthy eating; you get to eat dessert without guilt 😀

My fellow bloggers and I have a feast of easy meals and one pan dinners this week. There is nothing better on a busy weeknight than only having one pot to wash. And there is a lovely chocolate dessert for your significant other on Valentine's Day. Enjoy!
