School is back, and we've hit the ground running. I am hoping that this term is a little quieter than the last, but only time will tell. Thankfully the weather is quite conducive to the soup and hearty curry that appears on my winter menu this week. A healthy meal plan is particularly important to me in winter when I do all I can to fight off the various colds and lurgies going around.
Our summer menu is packed full of food to be enjoyed in the sunshine. Fish burgers, steak and mango salad and a sunny tomato tart make great use of the abundant summer produce, and you can finish off your meal with some delicious homemade ice cream. Enjoy!
