Ingredients

▢1 pound whole wheat pizza dough , or flat bread or cauliflower crust
▢2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
▢3 cloves garlic , minced
▢¼ cup pizza sauce
▢½ cup mushrooms , sliced
▢½ cup grape tomatoes , sliced
▢½ cup red bell pepper , chopped
▢1-2 cups shredded chicken
▢2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
▢½ cup arugula
▢Balsamic glaze for drizzling
