Well look no further…. this Raw Brownie Bar is the way to go! Filled with dates, nuts, and almond butter, you are sure to be satisfied and filled up with this chocolatey goodness!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. Pitted Dates Chopped
3/4 C. Cacao Powder
1/2 C Pecans
1/2 C. Almond Butter {recipe here}
1 C. Raw GF Oats
1/4 C. Pure Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
1 T. Coconut Oil
Directions:
Grease an 8x8 Baking Dish.
Combine Oats, Cacao Powder, and Pecans in a food processor {I use a Vitamix}. Blend until it is in a coarse powder. Pour into large bowl. Set aside.
Blend almond butter, maple syrup, and dates together, scraping sides as needed. Add to dry mixture. Mix by hand until combined. Press into greased baking dish. Can add Cacao nibs or press Pecans into the top for added texture :)
Cover and refrigerate for an hour before slicing into squares. Store in freezer for optimum freshness.
