I don't have the amounts of ingredients but I have pictures! Frozen Berries Vanilla YogurtA Little Bit of Milk (like a tsp or two) Some Spinach(Don't worry, I couldn't even taste the spinach but it's good for you :)First chop up the berries in the mixer
then add vanilla yogurt, milk and spinach.
Blend it!
And enjoy! :)
