Frozen Berries Vanilla YogurtA Little Bit of Milk (like a tsp or two) Some Spinach(Don't worry, I couldn't even taste the spinach but it's good for you :)First chop up the berries in the mixerthen add vanilla yogurt, milk and spinach.Blend it!And enjoy! :)I'm off to make one now! :)
