What is Herbal Tea?

A decoction or infusion of various medicinal herbs or spices or herbal powders in boiling water is known as herbal tea. Leaves, roots or even seeds, are used to make herbal tea from various herbs. Various ingredients like Peppermint, coriander seeds, ginger, tulsi, arjuna, tej patter are a few herbs and spices, that are used to make an herbal tea that gives you amazing relief. it has many health benefits, with soothing taste which is delicious too.

Method of Usage:

For 1 cup of herbal tea- boil 1 teaspoon of Herbal Tea in about 2 glasses of water and boil it until remaining half glass. For slimming purposes prefer this herbal tea with lemon on an empty stomach.
