I am excited to bring you a new part of Entertainment Jolt, Talk Bookish To Me.  This part of the site will let you in on the latest books coming out.  I was lucky enough to get my hands on a copy of Hazel and Holly.

‘Hazel and Holly’ Review
This is a story about two sisters and having a sister my self I will say this is what drew me to the book.  I wanted to see if the relationship between these two sisters was like what I have and sure enough, it is.  I will say it took a bit for me to get into the book but once I did I couldn’t stop.  It had just enough magic to make my mind race and a little mystery to also keep my mind going and turning the page to see what is going to be happening next.

The book also goes into how to open one’s self to love and how to trust. I feel like this is an issue we have all had at some point in one’s life.  This book addresses this issue very well and makes it feel like a way we all should have handled at some point.

I think the one thing it addresses really well and one thing we all have an issue with is forgiving the people who have hurt us in the past and learn to move on.  Not only did the person do something wrong but it was actually one’s parent who betrayed the trust of someone.  Trying to move on from that is not easy and Sara C. Snider was able to get the feelings are written so well and how the person is able to move on from a blow like this.

Sara C. Snider hits on a lot of issues with Hazel and Holly but she does it so well you will want to read more.  The story of these two sisters Hazel and Holly is one you must read.  We are also lucky enough to be able to talk to her about this book and more. And if you are able to make sure you put Hazel and Holly on your fall reading list.
