Take the lift up to floor 9, step out, walk up a few more stairs and get ready to admire the views. Perhaps start with a drink on the terrace. The views over Finsbury-square and the London skyline are stunning.
Two
Start with the Suffolk chicken terrine. This is served with spiced mayonnaise and charred onion.
Three
Order monkfish from the coal oven and don’t forget to squeeze the lemon. We also chose a green sauce to complement.
Four
Have a simple but beautifully cooked side of cabbage and bacon.
Five
End with coffee and petit fours. These were beautifully presented. You will finish with these even if you don’t have coffee.
