Sharing these great finds from The Body Shop! They went on sale during the holidays and I was able to get my hands on these!
I know buying a complete facial set is not what I normally do (even though it’s recommended for optimum result), but this is the last stock on the shelf and for the sale price tag of only Php448.50 (from Php 1495), I couldn’t resist! Included in the Seaweed Skin Essentials (for oily/combination skin) set are — cleansing facial wash, clarifying toner, clarifying night treatment, and mattifying day cream. I like that it’s packed in a pouch, for ease of storage or for traveling.
When I noticed the mattifying day cream included in the set does not have SPF, I quickly asked the SA why is that so. She then pointed out that a separate product with SPF is available — Seaweed Mattifying Moisture Lotion with SPF 15 (for oily/combination skin). I was kinda bummed since they should have just added SPF on the day cream, but I still bought this one anyway. It was on sale at only Php 255 from Php 850. Score!!!
And lastly, just when I was about to pay in the cashier, I spotted this Natrulift Refreshing Eye Roll-On. God knows I badly needed to address my dark under eye circles pronto, instead of just damping layers after layers of concealer on them. For the normal price of Php 1595, the kuripot me would have think twice before purchasing this, but just my luck ‘cause it was on sale too, for only Php 478.50!
So happy with my new beauty finds! I will try to make a separate review on each one of them. This year I’m actually focusing on trying more skin care products rather than on makeup. But a few new lipstick or eyeshadow palette every now and then wouldn’t hurt, too. ;) How about you? Any hauls lately?
