I hate these signs because they imply things that are not true or accurate. People reading a sign like this one is left with the impression that there was a problem and he store no longer has any hashgacha.
the truth is Rami Levi replaced the Eida hechsher with the hechsher of Rav Rubin.
I personally have no idea why the hechsher was switched. Maybe the Eida pulled their hechsher due to problems with their standards or maybe Rami Levi switched for financial reasons (eg cheaper) or for business reasons (eg maybe Rubin was a more attractive hechsher to the clientele Rami Levi wants to attract) or for other reasons. The implication of the sign though is that the fruits and vegetables at Rami Levi are no longer reliable.
I only sort of blame the Eida because all they are saying is that they no longer give the hechsher there. There should be some law or directive in the kashrus industry that such signs have to also say that the market is now under a different hechsher (with or without naming it), and not just leave it open like that.
