Happy Friday! Yay for another weekend! This week was nothing short of boring. The week began with more work than I could dream, Wednesday night I participated in a Spelling Bee that benefitted the Reading Partners of Dallas (no, we didn’t win but we had a blast) and then yesterday we got on a plane with some of our best friends and headed to Washington D.C.! I cannot tell you how excited I am that we are here. I have not been to D.C. since I was about 13 and the husband has never been. Thankfully our travel partners frequent Washing D.C. quite a bit so they are the best guides.
Today we are touring The White House, then we are heading over to The Capital and then dinner at Le Diplomat! Tomorrow consists of visiting a few museums, brunch (we need suggestions!!!), then dinner at another D.C. favorite spot. Sunday will be spent shopping, maybe seeing a few monuments and enjoying the city before we head back to Dallas Sunday night. - Neiman Marcus: How adorable is this Clover Canyon dress? Loving this Trina Turk pink party dress, this dress is perfect for any spring or summer wedding, this one piece is so good and I am really loving these gray ankle strap sandals.
