Happy New Year to you all! It is hard to believe that the year is now 2016.I remember when I first started this blog three years ago. I noticed yesterday after posting my final blog in 2015, it was also my 200th post! 200 may not seem like a lot for a blog of three years, but as a graduate student working full-time, I say it is an accomplishment.
2016 is going to be a huge year for me and I hope you all continue to join me on my journey. In four months, David and I will be packing our bags to head back to Maryland as newlyweds. Crazy, right? Our time as an engaged couple has flown by! Many of our married friends warned us about this and we laughed at the thought. April 2016 seemed SO far away when we originally set the date last summer. Here we are, six months later, almost on our way to Hawaii.
As my first post of 2016, it only makes sense to pay a small tribute to my last New Year as a Baione. The week before our wedding, I will share a much more sentimental post regarding this topic. I at least had to make note of my last few months as a Baione, though!
The Baione name will forever be a part of me, but I am ready to take the Clymer name proudly. David and I have been together for a little over a year now and we are still just as in love as the day we became a couple. Being friends beforehand helps too ;)
I am so happy that 2016 is finally here. 2015 was a tough one, but it wasn’t entirely a bust despite the complications from my surgery. I am grateful for my family and friends. I am grateful to be marrying the most amazing man. I am grateful to be a member of his loving family. And most of all, I am grateful to see another year. Enjoy this collage below highlighting some of 2015’s best moments. Happy New Year!
