Happy New Year to all our Love Gets Sweeter couples and friends! It’s been an amazing year for Love Gets Sweeter and I can’t thank all my wonderful couples enough. As well as being lucky enough to film some amazing wedding we were also shortlisted for the North west videographer of the year at the 2012 Wedding Industry Awards! Not bad huh?
Anyway! I can’t believe a year has passed since we filmed this amazing wedding! Evie and Jamie’s hard work and creativity really paid off on the day and they transformed a giant greenhouse in to a winter wonderland to create the perfect New Years Eve wedding. As with every wedding, there’s always something that will go wrong and on this occasion the Bridesmaids car managed to get stuck in Ormskirk traffic meaning the Bride made it to the church first! It also meant that Jamie got a little nervous until the priest announced that the Bride was outside and that we were just waiting for the Bridesmaids! It really was a beautiful wedding and the hand made touches were so inspiring that the film appeared on the Boho Wedding Blog to help inspire other Brides to be creative!

Since that day we have developed a great friendship and professional relationship. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Evie and Jamie too and cannot speak highly enough of their work and how they work with the couples on the day. We’re even lucky enough to have our own set of Chapter Photography images after doing a re-shoot of our own wedding photos (which you can see here)!

I love so many bits of this film I wouldn’t even know where to start! From the romantic ceremony that will bring a tear to your eye to the spontaneous Grease dance routine with their guests in the evening…it really is worth a watch!
