Merry Christmas from our family to yours!! Good morning everyone! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend! We did a family Christmas celebration yesterday at our house, and we have a bonus one today at our BIL and SIL's house!
Happy Happy Happy is what Baby Girl has been saying lately, and I want to echo the same! It's so fun to see friends and family during these happy holidays! Hope you are getting to enjoy time with loved one (or eating some yummy food if you are at work)!
By the way, I tried that overnight crockpot mashed potato (if you follow on Instagram) and it turned out okay. It tasted FINE, but looked kind of scary! LOL! Our uncle said he thought it was poi, but it wasn't pink! It was brown and the consistency of glue from cooking with bone broth and using small new potatoes (very starchy). Anyhow, I probably will try it again with russet potatoes instead! It definitely was a time saver to make it from start to finish in the crockpot and then keep it on the warm setting until everyone got there.
