I know it’s not Friday but it is Halloween so time for a spooky cocktail.
Eyeball Martini
30ml Vodka
15ml Orange liqueur
15ml dry vermouth
60ml cranberry juice
Put all the ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and strain into your glass. I dipped the rim of the glass into a sugar syrup I’d made with red colouring and left it to cool before making the drink. I also added a eyeball sweet that I got from my local sweet shop….strangely enough it didn’t actually have the iris and pupil drawn on it so basically just a red flecked gob stopper with the inappropriate made of TerroEyes!
