Hooray for a short week and the weekend couldn't come fast enough, as I hosting my final Bo-nic for the year! It's a sold out event and has some great sponsors. Tonight I'm doing all the food prep and we are putting up the marquee, as well as tasting some of the menu - for quality control of course! Tomorrow a backyard will be transformed into a mediterranean oasis and my cooking and multi-tasking skills will be put to the test. I'm so excited, especially after how fun the last one was.
