Happy Easter!

Spring has sprung and Easter is coming soon! Will you be gathering with family and friends for Easter? Our recipe collection will help you stick with low-carb offerings. Whether your crowd is in the mood for glazed ham, lamb chops with herb butter, or our salmon with olive-pistachio tapenade, we have the perfect recipe in our collection. Plus, our colorful sides of veggies and greens (like our roasted spring vegetables) will brighten your buffet. And, last but not least, our on-plan desserts will bring smiles to the guests around your table. You'll find all our selections for Easter, below, but feel free to explore our entire recipe collection, too!

If you have children coming, or even just adults with a sense of humor, we love this adorable starter to get everyone in the mood for a spring celebration!

Happy Easter!

If you're serving a crowd, either for brunch, lunch, or dinner, consider selecting several dishes and serving them buffet style. That way, you can keep everyone happy while your guests dig into favorites and avoid anything they don't care for. If you know your diners' preferences well, a plated meal can be an elegant approach.

All of us at Team Diet Doctor wish you a Happy Easter and joyous spring.

Cristina's Easter recipes

Celebrate with a colorful crowd-pleasing Easter menu by the ever so creative Cristina Curp! She brought us deviled eggs that got a vibrant keto makeover, whole baked snapper with onions and asparagus, and low-carb strawberry cream gummies that will hop right into your mouth!

Breakfast

For breakfast or brunch, eggs are always on the menu! You can stick with old favorites (like scrambled, fried, or deviled), or take it up a notch with our eggs Benedict, Croque Madame, or Caprese omelet. Or, surprise everyone with our breakfast of champions: egg butter, smoked salmon and diced avocado!

Easter buffet

Scroll through and pick your favorites! It's a mix-and-match adventure of flavor and color. These dishes look great next to one another on your buffet table and on the plate! They work for Easter or for any gathering you might be hosting this spring. We love all the color the low-carb veggies provide - a pretty contrast from the beige look of most starches!

Desserts

A cheese course for dessert is always a sophisticated touch, but we have some sweet endings to chose from, too! For some, Easter means chocolate, and we have some delicious ways to keep chocolate low-carb and on-plan. How about chocolate mousse, molten lava cake, fudge, or the colorful, aptly named " chocolate mess "?

What's your Easter like?

Why not share your Easter or other spring selections with us? We would love to hear about what you've got planned for your holiday table. Regardless of what you are serving, we wish you the joy that comes with gathering together with family and friends this spring!
