Today is the official Earth Day! Needless to say, we need to pay attention to our environment and eco-sustainability every day of the year and not just on the 22nd of April. However this great holiday, now 43 years old, is celebrated around the world with a series of events, coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network, which not only spread knowledge but also encourage to take positive steps toward a more responsible lifestyle of each one of us.
If this is the first time you hear of the Earth Day, you are not late. You can turn every day into Earth Day if you choose to take more care of your own actions. Simple things like recycling more, using less plastic, eating less meat (if you’re not vegetarian already), buying less clothes by choosing high quality over quantity and so on… Every single step, big or small, counts. And nature appreciates it!
