So lately i have been playing a zombie survival game called The WarZ. It\u00B4s still a beta game but i must say i really like it.
A lot of people are probably familiar with DayZ, A mod for the highly realistic fps Arma II. Well WarZ is a lot like that but still pretty different! In fact there has been a lot of arguments over the internets about these two games. Warz Developers claim to have been making the game for many years and still just recently made beta available. While DayZ has been playable for a while and became super popular. So now the question is, are the WarZ devs riding on the fame of DayZ or are they really the first and best zombie survival Fps/MMo like they claim to be?
Anyhow, my personal opinion is that i love both of the games. Dayz has a little bit more serious feel to it than WarZ. When it comes to scenery, although the current WarZ map is much more smaller than DayZ:s huge maps, i think the WarZ maps feel alot more realistic and look alot cooler!
Keep in mind that this is purely my own thoughts and i respect what others think!
Now both these games are still in development and both have many flaws that are being worked on.
Now my main concern in both games are the god damn hackers that pop up everywhere! WarZ hackers are so common that the game begins to be unplayable!
Today for example i was raiding an airport and just minding my own business. I see a guy with a camo outfit, equipped with just a flashlight. I kindly ask him if he is a friendly player? And he replies \"yes i am and only armed with a flashlight\"
So naturally i think it\u00B4s okay and i just move along with my business and didn't shoot him.
So suddenly the FUCKER one hit kills me with the flashlight from like 10 meters away! So he gets all my stuff including a shiny new benelli shotgun with a full mag, my favorite skull mask and all my food and drinks! Thank you my good sir!
Can someone explain to me why? why do people hack? and what can we do to stop it?
