HABS: Even-strength Points Per-minute Played

Rookies leading the pack
This post will focus on the number of even-strength points per-minute of ES ice-time each Montreal Canadiens player contributed during the 2013 regular season.
It's important to note that players such as Jarred Tinordi, Nathan Beaulieu, Davis Drewiske, and Gabriel Dumont played less than 150 even-strength minutes. As such, their numbers within this graph may be deceiving.
Rookies Alex Galchenyuk and Brendan Gallagher produced the most even-strength points per-minute played; just ahead of Max Pacioretty.
Among centres, Lars Eller produced the most points per-minute played, while David Desharnais had the second-most. Ryan White, free-agent Jeff Halpern, and Travis Moen produced the fewest even-strength points per-minute played. In fact, these 3 players were the only forwards to produce less PPMP than winger Rene Bourque.
Among defensemen, rookies Tinordi, Beaulieu and late-arrival Drewiske had the most points per-minute played. That said, and as mentioned earlier; they did not enjoy as much ice-time as the Habs other d-men.
Among defensemen with significant ice-time, Alexei Emelin actually contributed the most points per-minute played, while PK Subban and Raphael Diaz tied for second. Powerplay phenom Andrei Markov actually produced the fewest even-strength points per-minute played of any Montreal defenseman.
