Thoughts on Habit
Thoughts – Habit follows a group of young women drug dealers that find themselves needing to go on the run to try and get their stash back before the drug lord they work for finds them and kills them. This is told in a way that the three main women are just trying to have fun in life, not caring if they are doing things wrong, while maintaining the carefree styles they have shown throughout what they are doing. These three characters come off very selfish and self-centred never wanting to mix with anyone that isn’t going to give them more money. Bella Thorne does suit these types of roles, with seeing her doing this in other films, she does seem like the best pick for these roles, even if the character does always come off annoying, which is meant for. The film does have plenty of over-the-top character, which will work in this world, where you will find yourself not liking anyone in the film. This however isn’t the most interesting story, offers very little new to the world and in the end creates a world, where you just don’t care about any of the characters involved.
Habit will be available on Digital Download from 22nd November and can be pre-ordered here
Final Thoughts – Habit is difficult watch, where you be left wonder who to support in this film.
