Police say that the accuser’s mother filed a complaint against her daughter
A managed 30 was arrested after allegedly raping and threatening to murder his 11-year old step-daughter in Gurugram.
Police say that the girl’s mother filed an accusation against the accused. The mother claimed that she married the accused six years after her husband died. She is a native of Nepal. They have lived in a rented apartment with their four children for the last few years.

According to police, the child welfare officers provided counseling for the girl. Based on a police officer, the accused was taken into custody on Saturday. He was taken to judicial custody after being produced at a district court.
Police said an FIR was filed under section 6 (aggravated sexual assault) of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) and IPC section 506. (criminal intimidation).
