American indie legends Guided By Voices have announced details of a show at London’s Village Underground on 5 June (add yourself to the waiting list here) and released new single ‘The Rally Boys’.
The jangly pop song is under two minutes long and proves Robert Pollard has never lost his penchant for memorable melodies and gorgeous guitar hooks – despite releasing over 100 albums over the course of his career. It’s the kind of song you’ll be singing along to after your first listen and the talk of ‘good fortune’ just adds to its refreshing charm.
