After being called to the carpet on a $450 million HHS lease deal to Rockville company, JBG Cos. of Chevy Chase that reaked of an unfair approval process, GSA has now announced a 10 year lease of space at 3101 Pennsy Drive in Landover.
The industrial space is 103, 400 square feet and is being used by GSA for its “Support Services Division,” whatever that is. Well actually, GSA has been using this space since February 2010.
Is this announcement an appeasement? I’m not seeing how much was financially gained from this deal and I don’t have time to dig but I will.
