This tubby biplane is on of four flyable survivors of this vintage carrier aircraft and was one of the highlights of the Pikes Peak Regional Airshow.  This example is owned by the Greatest Generation Naval Museum in Carlsbad, California.  First flown in 1935, the Grumman F3F was the last American biplane fighter aircraft delivered to the United States Navy (or any American military branch).  Only 147 were produced.
