Gregg Leakes asked his followers for prayers as he headed to the Doctor for a body scan to check for cancer.
Wearing a “Cancer Sucks” baseball cap, the RHOA husband posted on Instagram:
“I’m asking for your Prayers as i take my body scan this am to see if there is any cancer in my body. I KNOW I’m healed by the Promises of God, by the Blood of Jesus and by your Prayers. I Thank You for your Prayers all the time and especially today as i take this Scan shortly.
To God be the Glory and May HIS WILL take place in Heaven and on Earth. I go in this morning claiming Victory as i don’t know defeat. My God shall supply ALL my needs.”
Last June, Gregg and his wife RHOA star, NeNe Leakes shared the news that he was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer. His road to recovery and how it affected the Leakes family was documented on Season 11 of the Bravo series Real Housewives of Atlanta.
In April, Gregg celebrated completing three months of chemotherapy .
We’re praying for the entire Leakes family. As anyone who has a family member who is fighting cancer knows, you fight it together!
