Green Goddess Salad

mainHi Gorgeous! Are you ready for new foodie post? I hope so–I love salad all kinds and I recently found this recipe for a Green Goddess Salad that I wanted to share with you all. :)

Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients

For The Dressing:

  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • 1/4 finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of finely chopped tarragon
  • 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of water

For The Salad:

  • 1 ripe sliced avocado
  • 2 ripe zebra tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 thinly sliced radish
  • 2 heads of baby romaine or butter lettuce, bottom removed and leaves pulled apart

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a food processor puree for 30 seconds, until silky and smooth into a pourer and set aside.
  2. Place all of the salad ingredients in a large bowel.
  3. Drizzle as much dressing as you like, and gently mix the ingredients together.

And there you have it, pretty simple right?
