Great Mornings with Mommy Loida's Breakfast Trio
Last December, I wrote about a Filipino store that offers a selection of fried and grilled Pinoy favorites in addition to their range of holiday hams. I've talked about their pear-shaped ham before, and now I'll talk about their breakfast-related products.

I think Pinoy breakfast is the best breakfast to start the day. It's good to be full and have energy for work that is why I enjoy silog meals specifically tocilog! Because of this, I absolutely enjoy Mommy Loida Foods' Pork Tocino, which I paired with garlic rice and ensaladang talong with green mango.
I don't particularly like beef tapa because the prior ones I tasted were oily and weren't that tender. But the Beef tapa from Mommy Loida Foods is tender and flavourful. I enjoyed it with some mango salad on the side with my favourite garlic fried rice and hard-boiled egg. Of course, there would also be coffee to keep me awake.
I did enjoy their take on the sweet ham as well. I desired a breakfast sandwich. Thus, I prepared the sweet ham and put together the sandwich with the addition of my own homemade spread and vegetables. Delicious!
