Grammar Friday

By Pjfaur @peterfaur

Grammar FridayHere’s something different for today. Print out the paragraph below, then see whether you can punctuate it properly. When you’re done, go here to see how I punctuated it. (If I did something wrong, let me know!) This came to me courtesy of Mary Kay Knief.

Wouldn’t the sentence “I want to put a hyphen between the words Fish and And and And and Chips in my Fish-And-Chips sign” have been clearer if quotation marks had been placed before Fish, and between Fish and and, and and and And, and And and and, and and and And, and And and and, and and and Chips, as well as after Chips?
