The wedding we are sharing today is simply gorgeous! Nicola and Joel had the wedding of their dreams in Cyprus, where all their guests could travel and celebrate this special day! They wanted to keep a neutral and rustic style to match the beautiful Liopetro venue, where they sealed their love. The bride shared with us: “We me nearly 7 years ago, out in a bar. I don’t think we have spent more than a few days apart since the day we first set eyes on each other. We bought our first house a few years later and a cat! Then 4 years into our relationship Joel proposed, we love to travel, whilst on holiday in Portugal Joel took me down to the harbor after a lovely meal, got down on one knee and proposed! The rest was history.”

“We had decided to get married abroad almost instantly and it didn’t take too long to decide to get married in Paphos, Cyprus. It seemed perfect, but also for our guests to travel out with us. I spent some time searching hotels trying to find the perfect wedding venue, but then I came across Liopetro Venue, I hadn’t considered not having a hotel wedding but as soon as I had seen the pictures, I knew it was the venue for me.”

“I wanted to keep everything neural and rustic looking, in theme with the venue. I chose blush bridesmaid dresses along with blush/ivory rose flower centerpieces. Tables were named after places me and Joel had visited since being together with the title ‘where in the world will you be sitting.”

“I had left a lot of the flower choices down the to the florist – as I was told by Liopetro they were excellent! And they absolutely were! I had just asked that I have roses in the bouquet and keep in in theme with the color’s ivory/blush.”

“My wedding dress was designed by Ronald Joyce. It was a million miles away from how I first imagined my dress would look like, but I loved it. The high neck low back with a pleat from the waist down. The elegant satin finish dress made me feel like royalty! All be it a little hot in the sun I wouldn’t have changed a thing.”

“The wedding decorations were simple, mostly flowers. Flower centerpieces and flowers down the aisle as well as a flower display near the entrance of the venue. Pink and cream roses and gypsophila. The flower centerpieces were placed in rustic wooden boxes.”

“My favorite moments of our wedding are so many! I loved the relaxed atmosphere of the whole day it was exactly how I had imagined it would be, the cat turning up in a bow tie defiantly made us both smile! But my favorite memory was having my brother in law singing our first dance it was beautiful, and truly special moment. And topped off with the love lights fireworks.”
