Politics Magazine
This chart is from a new Politico / Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Poll -- done between August 30th and September 3rd of a random national sample of 1,016 adults, with a 3.8 point margin of error. It shows what the public, and the three political entities, think is the most important issue for Congress to address this year.
The public, the Democrats, and the Independents all agree that the most important issue is to lower prescription drug prices. And all three agree that the least important issue is building a wall on our Southern border.
Republicans are out-of-step with everyone else though. They think the most important issue is to repeal and replace Obamacare -- and the least important is investigating Russia's involvement in the 2016 election.
