Now, new possible pricing details of the device, code-named "Sabrina", have been uncovered in several internal listings from US retailers.
Per a 9to5Google The dongle is reportedly priced at $ 50, according to Home Depot, and is supplemented by a distantly codenamed "Abbey". This would be Google's first Chromecast device to come with a dedicated remote control. In particular, three color options are also mentioned, including Rock Candy, Como Blue and Summer Melon.
A price of $ 50 to $ 60 also seems to be the consensus among a number of US retailers. Droid life I discovered a $ 60 sticker at Walmart Android police's Artem Russakovskii confirmed that Target had an internal price tag of $ 60 for the dongle, including a release date of September 30th.
