Google's Decision For Moving its Structured Data Testing Tool to schema.org

Google’s Decision For Moving its Structured Data Testing Tool to schema.org
After the SEO backlash surrounding Google had announced it is going to deprecate the tool, Google had decided to migrate it instead.
Google had announced in July that it is going to deprecate the Structured Data testing tool on releasing the Rich Results Test tool right out of beta. But the SEO community was dissatisfied with the news and Google did pay heed to it and thus decided on keeping the tool but by moving it to schema.org.
Google had said it had heard the feedback of the SEO community and so Google is having the Structured Data Testing Tool re-focused and migrating it to the new domain serving that is the schema.org community by upcoming 2021.
Rich Results Tool
Google will keep the Rich Results Tool on its own site, specifically designed and well maintained with the purpose to show Google Search rich result types. Google had said for testing markup for Google Search rich results types, the users can go on using the Rich Results Test.
Structured Data Testing Tool
Although Google would be migrating this Structured Data Testing Tool to its own domain and particularly on to schema.org, yet Google had said for better supporting the open standards as well as development experiences, Google is re-focusing the Structured Data Testing Tool. So Google is having it migrated to the new domain serving, that is, the schema.org by the coming year April 2021. Google had explained the chief purpose of the Structured Data Testing Tool is to check the syntax and markup compliance with the standards of schema.org. Nevertheless, moving forward the structured data testing tool will no more check out for the Google search rich result types.
Google's decision seems like its compromise is somewhat justified where Google will be keeping both tools, but under different locations meant for different purposes. The tool is not being abolished, and it will not even go away since Google had originally said, the very purpose of the Structured Data Testing Tool is to check the syntax and markup compliance with schema.org standards. These will no longer be related to the ways Google is showing them as rich results in Google Search.
